What is your 100-night sleep trial?
We offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after sleeping on it for at least 30 nights, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different model.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free white-glove delivery on all mattress orders within the continental US. This includes professional setup in your room of choice and removal of all packaging materials.
Do you offer old mattress removal?
Yes, we offer a mattress haul-away service for a small additional fee. You can select this option at checkout, and our delivery team will recycle your old mattress when they deliver your new one.
What kind of warranty comes with the mattresses?
Every mattress sold at The Mattress Store comes with a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship, including sagging or indentations greater than one inch.
Are your mattresses compatible with adjustable bases?
Most of our hybrid, memory foam, and latex mattresses are specifically designed to be compatible with adjustable power bases. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page for individual model compatibility.
What financing options do you provide?
